Not as well traveled as Coyote Buttes North where the Wave is, but for serious photographers, I think the rock formations and larger area to cover has more to offer. of course everyone has to go to the Wave and get the shots so many people have seen. And it is what has made the area famous, but you could easily spend two days here scouting around finding bizzar looking rocks to photograph. If you do have the time and get the permits, make sure you do not pass up the chance to go to the south section. you never know when you will get a chance to come back. |
